All orders ship within two business days. The packages will be shipped via USPS priority mail. You will receive the shipping confirmation along with the tracking number once the order has been processed and completed.

Highly stringent quality standards allow us to stand behind every pound of coffee we sell and to offer our customers a top quality product. Currently, however, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final. If you do encounter quality issues or are highly dissatisfied with the coffee you received, please email us immediately at email@example.com and together we will find a common resolution.
